1. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer the following shipping option:

• Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–7 business days – €9.90

For orders of €200 or more, shipping is free.

All orders are shipped via Correos.
Each order receives a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

For private delivery, your order is delivered directly by a member of our team. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange a suitable delivery time.

We currently ship exclusively to the Canary Islands.

Please note that delivery times may vary during local or national public holidays.

All orders are shipped in neutral packaging, without logos or any indication of the contents.
The delivery person will also not know which products are inside the package.

We are a local company with our own warehouse in Tenerife.
This allows us to provide fast and reliable delivery throughout the Canary Islands, without long waiting times or shipments from mainland Spain.
